1. Introduction
At **Bonus Mart**, we strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless and rewarding shopping experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for canceling orders and requesting refunds for products purchased through our platform. 2. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Users can cancel their orders at any time before the product has been dispatched for shipment. To cancel, please navigate to the 'My Orders' section in the app and select 'Cancel Order'.
After Shipment
Once an order has been marked as 'Shipped' or 'Dispatched', it cannot be canceled via the app. You may choose to refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
Note: In case of prepaid orders canceled before shipment, the full amount will be credited back to the source account within 5-7 working days.
3. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product received is physically damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- Wrong Item Received: If the product delivered is different from what was ordered (color, size, or model mismatch).
- Late Delivery: If the order is delayed beyond the committed delivery window (not applicable in case of natural disasters or external courier delays).
4. Bonus Coins & Draw Entries
Bonus Mart offers unique rewards with every purchase. Please note:
- • Non-Transferable: Bonus Coins and Lucky Draw entries credited to your account are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- • Refund Deduction: If a refund is processed for a product, any **Bonus Coins** earned from that specific purchase will be debited from your wallet. If you have already used the coins, the equivalent amount will be deducted from your final refund total.
